Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing a good quality service. If you feel at any time that you are not receiving that service please contact your fee earner in the first instance or alternatively the relevant partner. In the event that we are unable to resolve matters we have a written complaints procedure which we will supply to you. The regulatory framework for complaint handling is the Legal Ombudsman. We advise you at this stage that the Legal Ombudsman will generally only deal with complaints after our internal complaints procedure has been exhausted. Please note that your complaint must be made to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of our response and within twelve months from the date of the act or omission about which you are complaining. We confirm that the address of the Legal Ombudsman is PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton, WV1 9WJ and the telephone number is 0300 555 0333.
