Gabriella Evans

Gabriella Evans (Gaby) is a Solicitor at Fonseca Solicitors. Gaby specialises in all aspects of family law, including, divorce and dissolution, matrimonial finances, cohabitee disputes, injunctions, private children matters, and Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements.

Gaby obtained a First-Class Honours in Family Law at Cardiff University in 2014. Gaby went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University, and thereafter trained as a Solicitor at a specialist family law firm in Cardiff. Alongside that, Gaby provided advice at a legal clinic at Cardiff Family Court and has also previously advised at a legal clinic with the leading homelessness and domestic abuse charity in Wales, Llamau.

Gaby is known for being extremely personable, her empathetic approach and being willing to go the extra mile for her clients.
