Our Fees
We set out below details of our charges for residential conveyancing. The fees charged depend on the value of the property and will include all the work carried out in relation to your sale or purchase to include filing the Stamp duty/Land Transaction Tax return and dealing with the registration of your title at the Land Registry.

Please note that there will be a fee for any bank transfers of £35 plus VAT.
If the property is Leasehold there will be additional costs of £195 plus VAT for dealing with the Management Company
Additional charges will apply for Unregistered Title
Disbursements
The following disbursements will apply for most property purchases however please note that these are only approximate figures:-
- Searches to include the water and drainage search, environmental search and local authority search - £160 approx
- Land registry searches – from £5

- Land Transaction tax will depend on the value of your property. The average property transaction takes approximately 10 weeks to complete however this will be dependent on a number of factors including the other parties in the chain.
