Our Fees

We set out below details of our charges for residential conveyancing. The fees charged depend on the value of the property and will include all the work carried out in relation to your sale or purchase to include filing the Stamp duty/Land Transaction Tax return and dealing with the registration of your title at the Land Registry.

Remortgages From £375 plus VAT

Please note that there will be a fee for any bank transfers of £35 plus VAT.

If the property is Leasehold there will be additional costs of £195 plus VAT for dealing with the Management Company

Additional charges will apply for Unregistered Title
